Space-saving design
We specifically designed the elevator to minimize the space required for the technical equipment. With traction belts, our latest development, standardized shafts are able to hold cars that are up to 25 cm wider and accommodate one or two additional passengers in conventional shafts.

Another outstanding feature of the Schindler 3100 is the low headroom height, which adds space for you to use. Also, this elevator requires no machine room. The control unit is installed directly in the doorframe. A separate control cabinet is not necessary, all of which saves space and effort.
