LobbyVision® - Integrated Control System
LobbyVision® is a uniquely comprehensive management tool which allows single-point supervision of multiple active systems within a building. It presents information using on-screen displays, and accepts control inputs through its keyboard and standardised graphic interfaces.
The specification of each LobbyVision® installation is user-defined. This may be as complex as a control room facility for supervising many systems across a number of buildings, or it many be as simple as a reception desk unit for monitoring one group of elevators.

LobbyVision® greatly facilitates building operations management tasks - in particular the supervision of elevators and escalators - through the integration of information and control functions within a single console.
- Management of buildings and their systems is made more effective by the reliability, comprehensiveness and immediacy of information available.
- The PC-style interface employs familiar interactive graphic devices and is easily understood. PC-literate operators require little assimilation training.
- Detailed real-time information on any selected group of elevators or escalators may be called up.
- Special services applicable to elevator and escalator systems may be switched on using interactive screens.
- The status of other building systems that are connectable through a local network may also be displayed.
- Statistics relating to elevator availability, performance and use are automatically collected and collated.
Statistical data may be presented graphically and numerically on-screen, and also downloaded to disk or printer. Operator log-in and log-out procedures are incorporated to ensure security of access.
